The Montgomery Biscuits have announced that Kevin Boles will return as the field manager for 2025.

The entire coaching staff was released earlier in the week along with Boles, who returns for his second season. He led Montgomery to an 80-win season and a trip to the Southern League championship series where it lost to Birmingham in ‘24. This will be his 23rd season as a professional baseball manager.

Boles will be joined by hitting coach Paul Rozzelle from last year’s staff. Rozzelle will be in his second season with the Biscuits.

Montgomery will have a new pitching coach in Jim Paduch, who replaces Steve Merriman.  Ronnie Richardson is set as the bench coach while Esteban Gonzales will be an assistant.

James Ramsdell is the athletic trainer while Victor Cruz handles strength and conditioning.

The Biscuits also announced that Auburn’s baseball team will play South Alabama at Riverwalk Stadium on Tuesday, March 25 at 6 p.m. Tickets are available.

The Biscuits open the 2025 season at home against Columbus (formerly the Mississippi Braves) on Friday, April 4. For tickets, visit biscuitsbaseball.com
